Our mission is to provide a safe home for homeless teens where they can learn how to become productive adults in society.
Meet the Founders:
Founder: LaTonya Davis
LaTonya is an Atlanta native (raised on all sides of Atlanta), mother of 2, amazing wife, and a Case Manager. LaTonya possess a Bachelor in Sociology from the unsinkable Albany State University. Her goal in life is to provide assistance to those who need help. She believes that despite her humble upbringings she made it and would love to give all that she can to make sure that others can achieve their best lives as well. LaTonya’s vision for Brighter Days Housing is to provide a safe environment where teens can forge lifelong bonds and learn survival skills necessary to navigate life successfully. Her role at Brighter Days Housing is to acquire potential young adults willing to want to make a change in their lives for the better.
Co-Founder: Marketa Leemore
Marketa is also an Atlanta Native, mother or 5, previous state of Georgia case worker with the passion to connect with abandon adolescents. Being of this demographic at a early age and learning the limitations being place on youth has propelled her to assist others in acquiring not only a place to stay but a great place to call home. Marketa possess over 10years of Customer service ranging from the retail field to homeowners’ insurance. Currently, her role consists of maintaining five properties as a Property Manager and owning a junk removal service. Her role at Brighter Days Housing is acquiring adequate homes for our future young leaders.
